SHOP IT

Grundy’s Town Center is where you will find a number of name brand stores and dining, as well as Wal -Mart. Unlike most Wal-Mart’s however, ours is just a little different. The store is built on top of a two-story parking building, giving it one very unique feature. Shoppers leaving the store with their purchases will take their purchases down via a cart-a-lator, which runs alongside an escalator, moving your shopping cart down to the next level alongside you.
 
Shopping opportunities are also found east and west of town along U.S. Rt. 460, including those at the University Plaza and along Edgewater Street and those found at the Anchorage Shopping Center, near Vansant.
